Claude Code previews Dynamic Workflows

Anthropic introduced Dynamic Workflows for Claude Code as a research preview alongside Claude Opus 4.8. The feature is designed for very large tasks: Claude can plan work, run parallel subagents and verify outputs before reporting back.

Parallelism can accelerate broad migrations and investigations, but it also creates coordination risks. Shared assumptions, overlapping file edits and incomplete verification can compound quickly.

Use the preview first on isolated, testable work. Define repository boundaries, require a final test pass and keep code review proportional to the blast radius of the change.
